Account information (name, email, payment details processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), your Sales Profiles (what you sell, who you sell to, your objections), and — when you start a coaching session — call audio, live transcripts, coaching suggestions, and post-call analyses.
Audio is captured only after you explicitly start a session and confirm the consent check. Audio is streamed for transcription and discarded; transcripts and coaching output are stored in your Call History so you can review breakdowns and follow-ups. You can delete any call, or your entire history, at any time from your account. Deleted data is purged from our systems within 30 days.
Sensitive personal identifiers spoken during a call — Social Security numbers, bank account and routing numbers, card numbers, driver’s license numbers, and full dates of birth — are detected and automatically masked (e.g. ***-**-1234) before anything is ever written to your Call History. The unmasked value is never stored, logged, or shown in the live transcript.
On a speakerphone call, before you go live we ask you to read a short phrase out loud so the coach can tell your voice apart from the other person on the call. That sample is converted into a voiceprint — a small numeric representation of your voice, not an audio recording — and matched against your voice for the rest of that call to keep transcript lines correctly attributed to you.
With your consent, we keep a copy of your own voiceprint on file so future calls can start with it already recognized rather than asking you to recalibrate every time. This applies only to you, the account holder — never to a prospect or anyone else on the call. We do not keep a voiceprint, or any other biometric identifier, for anyone but you. The audio itself is never stored, for you or for anyone else on the call — only the voiceprint derived from your own calibration sample.
Your voiceprint is retained while your account is active and deleted automatically when you close your account (see Section 7). You can also ask us to delete it at any time without closing your account, through the contact form; the coach will fall back to its non-voiceprint speaker detection on your next speakerphone call.
Call recording and monitoring laws vary by state and country. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from call participants where you operate. See our Recording Laws Guide and use the suggested disclosure we show before every session.
To provide live coaching, generate breakdowns and follow-ups, track minute usage, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data. We do not use your calls to train models for other customers. Your Sales Profile and transcripts are used only to coach you.
We use vetted processors: Stripe (payments), cloud hosting, speech-to-text, and AI model providers — each bound by data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request through the contact form.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted and logged. Authorized staff may review call transcripts and coaching output for customer support and quality- assurance purposes; every such access is logged, including who viewed it and when. On Team accounts, a rep’s call transcripts and coaching output are also visible to their team manager — see our Terms of Service for details. Transcripts are retained while your account is active; canceled accounts keep call history for 90 days, then it is deleted. Your voiceprint, if you’ve chosen to keep one on file, is deleted immediately when your account is closed, not held for the 90-day window that applies to call history.
You may access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time, including your voiceprint specifically without affecting the rest of your account. Reach us through the contact form and we respond within 30 days. California and EU/UK residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR, which we honor.
